In the medieval town of Pals, just 5 minutes walk from the historic center and less than 10 minutes from the beach is Casa Clara. Restored and elegantly decorated with taylor made furniture or purchased in antique shops in the area, it is a rustic-style house that transmits naturalness and comfort. The first impression is a pretty stone facade with a wooden door painted in Provençal green. Upon entering, we find a large hall that preserves the original vaulted ceilings. From here, you can access the upper floor or a large open and very functional kitchen, with a built-in worktop and stoves that invite you to cook at all times. In the same space is the dining room, dominated by a beautiful rustic table for up to 8 people, and a cozy living room with impressive sofas and a fireplace. A large window illuminates all spaces with natural light and gives access to the garden. The outdoor area consists of a porch, ideal for breakfast or lunch on sunny days and dinner in summer, as well as a lawn area next to a medium-sized pool. At the bottom of the garden we find the chill out with sofas and poufs (one of the owner's favourite corners). The upper floor, in addition to a small living room, has three bedrooms and a studio. The main suite is extraordinarily bright and has good views of the garden. One of the secondary rooms has a skylight that provides a lot of light, while the other has a window that overlooks the town street. The bathrooms are spacious and also have skylights in the ceiling.
