OLFACTORY CAPTURE
(Re)discover the Empordà through smell and capture its aromatic essence in a bottle
Accompanied by Ernesto, one of the most original and disruptive perfumers on the international scene of signature perfumery, you will collect and learn about the plants that give the landscape its olfactory character. In a dreamlike setting and as the sun sets, you will distill and elaborate the perfume of your own walk and celebrate your (re)connection with Nature with good wine and better company. You will leave happy, perfumed, somewhat wiser and made landscape.

- Duration: 3.5 hours approx.
- Start time: 7:00 p.m.
- Location: between the towns of Llabià and Ullastret

It includes:
- Collection walk, with explanations about the flora, the landscape and the peasantry.
- Material (basket and pruning shears, gloves, fresh water...)
- Distillation of what is collected in situ in the mobile laboratory for distillation with a technical explanation (all very pleasant and relaxed) about the production of perfumes.
- Preparation and bottling of the olfactory capture.
- Appetizer / country dinner, based on a selection of cheeses and other local products and accompanied by DO Empordà wines, craft beers...
- Kit of amenities: cotton collection bag and bottled olfactory capture personalized for you.
What do you need:
- Do not come scented.
